Who handles your information

Notable Company Limited uses enquiry information to respond to your service needs.

Information and purpose

The form asks for your name, organisation, email and enquiry summary. Service selection is optional. Required details help us identify and respond to your enquiry. You may choose not to provide them and contact us on WhatsApp instead. Please leave out patient information, health records and other personal medical information. Enquiries are not used to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Recipients and providers

When enabled, enquiries are emailed to Hayes, Sammy and Sheara at their Notable mailboxes. Vercel processes website and form requests, Resend sends enquiry emails, SiteGround receives mail, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse. These services may process information outside Hong Kong. Resend sends from Tokyo; its account data, email metadata, logs and API records are stored in the United States regardless of sending region. Turnstile processes technical signals including IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, sitekey and origin to protect websites and improve its detection service.

Retention and access

Under Notable’s approved policy, enquiries that do not become client projects are removed from the receiving mailboxes 90 days after the last exchange. Active projects follow their agreed contract and necessary record arrangements. Resend retains email content, metadata, delivery events, logs and metrics for 30 days. This mailbox policy does not set the same deletion deadline for all providers’ technical records or backup copies.

Website analytics and cookies

Only after you accept analytics cookies does this website load Google Analytics to understand page visits and improve the site. Google processes cookie identifiers, page paths and device/browser information, potentially outside Hong Kong. The website excludes enquiry-form contents, URL query parameters and fragments from its analytics configuration. Automatic interaction measurement, Google Signals and advertising personalization are off. Rejecting does not affect the website. Change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer; withdrawal stops future collection but does not delete information already collected. Website and external services

The website code does not enable advertising tracking or form-content logging. Hosting and security providers may process technical logs. You choose whether to load YouTube videos. WhatsApp links open an external service governed by its privacy policy. Security verification loads only after you choose to start verification.

Email hayes@notable.hk to request access or correction, or ask about privacy. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity.

Website error diagnostics

We use Sentry for restricted error diagnostics, including error categories, approved source filenames and line numbers, website release, environment, event times and identifiers. Our application filter removes enquiry contents, contact details, cookies, request bodies and raw error messages. Session replay, performance tracing and user identification are disabled. Sentry receives technical connection data, including IP addresses, and may process information outside Hong Kong.
